REFUND POLICY / TERUGBETALINGSBELEID

Ruil en Terugbetalings / Returns and Refunds

1. Handgemaakte produkte / Handmade products Skemer-produkte word met die hand in klein hoeveelhede gemaak. Klein verskille in kleur, tekstuur en geursterkte is eie aan handgemaakte produkte en word nie as foute beskou nie. Skemer products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in colour, texture, and scent strength are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.

2. Higiëne / Hygiene Kerse, badsout, seep en liggaamsroom kan weens higiëniese redes nie geruil of teruggestuur word nie. Geen ruil of terugbetaling word aangebied op hierdie produkte nie. Candles, bath salts, soap, and body lotion cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. No returns or refunds will be accepted on these products.

3. Beskadigde of foutiewe produkte / Damaged or defective products As 'n produk beskadig, foutief of verkeerd aankom, laat weet ons binne 48 uur na ontvangs by hallo@skemer.co.za. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at hallo@skemer.co.za.

  • 'n Foto van die verpakking / A photo of the packaging

4. Ons herstel dit / Our remedy Ons ruil die produk vir dieselfde item. Jy hoef nie die produk terug te stuur nie. We will replace the product with the same item. You are not required to return the product.

5. Kansellasie / Cancellation Jy kan 'n bestelling kanselleer voordat dit gestuur is. Skryf aan hallo@skemer.co.za. You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Email hallo@skemer.co.za.

6. Jou regte / Your rights Niks in hierdie beleid beperk jou regte onder die Verbruikersbeskermingswet 68 van 2008 of die Wet op Elektroniese Kommunikasie en Transaksies 25 van 2002 nie. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
